Kungwini Welfare Organisation employs 44 full-time employees that range from gardening to nursing.  We outsource our caregiving staff and cleaners to Afriboom and they form a group of 80 people per shift to assist with our disabled residents.  The organisation operates with three main departments to ensure efficient operations to ensure quality service and facilities namely:

• Finance
• Nursing and Social Work
• Business Operations
